3.    Qualifications of Bidder

投標人資格要求

3.1  Bidder in People's Republic of China shall be an independent legal personality;

Bidder shall have qualification of Class III or above of general contracting in the field ofbuilding engineeringconstruction, and must be registered in the Republic of Ecuador;

The proposed project manager shall be a Grade II or above certified construction engineer of the buildingengineeringspecialty, and holds the safety training certificate (Class B) of project manager, in addition, not undertake other construction when bidding;

Bidder shall have a performance of two similar projects ofhousing projectsat least in the past 5 years (before the deadline of bidding opening, which the date of completion acceptance shall be based).

中華人民共和國境內的投標人須具有獨立法人資格；

投標人必須具備建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質，且必須在厄瓜多爾共和國境內注冊；

擬派項目經理為建筑工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師，并持有項目經理安全培訓考核合格證（B類）且無在建工程；

投標人近5年（從開標截止之日起往前推算5年，以竣工驗收日為準），具有不少于2個住宅工程的類似工程業績。

3.2  The bidder from other country or region shall have a performance oftwosimilar projectsof housing projectsat leastin the past 5 years (before the deadline of bidding opening, which the date of completion acceptance shall be based).

其他國家或地區的投標人近5年（從開標截止之日起往前推算5年，以竣工驗收日為準），具有不少于2個住宅工程的類似工程業績。

3.3  This joint venture tendering isn’t accepted for this tender.
